Our Story
Since our founding in 2015 by Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, Shipra has grown from a structural steel fabrication specialist to a diverse infrastructure development company. Our name, inspired by the sacred Shipra River flowing through Ujjain, reflects our commitment to creating lasting value across the nation. From an initial focus on structural steel fabrication, we've expanded into railways, roadways, solar energy, mining operations, and comprehensive civil construction.
Our expansion across India's diverse geographical regions has equipped us with unique expertise in adapting to varied terrains, regulatory environments, and project requirements. Today, we stand as a company capable of executing complex infrastructure projects while maintaining the personal commitment and attention to detail that defined our beginnings.

Rajesh Kumar Singh is the Founder of Shipra Enterprises, bringing over 30 years of experience in infrastructure and construction. A visionary leader, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success, overseeing large-scale projects with a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability.
With deep expertise in the real estate and construction sector, Rajesh Kumar Singh has built Shipra Enterprises into a trusted name, delivering excellence across infrastructure developments. His leadership continues to drive the company's growth and industry impact.

Karamveer Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of Shipra Enterprises, leading the company with a strong vision for growth and innovation. With a background in civil engineering from Manipal University, Jaipur, and extensive experience in the construction and real estate sector, he has been instrumental in driving large-scale projects and operational excellence.
Under his leadership, Shipra Enterprises continues to expand its footprint, delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions with a commitment to excellence and sustainability.

Harshit Kunder
Harshit Kunder is a seasoned professional in infrastructure development and project management, with experience at ZETWERK and Larsen & Toubro. He has led large-scale construction projects, procurement, and financial planning in the railway and infrastructure sectors.
A PGEMP graduate from SPJIMR with a BE in Electrical & Electronics from NMAMIT, Harshit brings strategic expertise and operational excellence to complex infrastructure projects.
Vice President - Projects
T. Nagendra Kumar Reddy
Nagendra Kumar Reddy, Vice President of Projects at Shipra, brings over 12 years of civil engineering expertise, with a focus on network infrastructure like railway systems. A B.Tech graduate from Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa (2008-2012), he previously served as Senior Manager - Railways at ZETWERK (2023-2025) in Bengaluru, managing railway network projects, and as Project Manager at Venkateswara Rao (2021-2023) and ESSVY Constructions (2020-2021). With a six-year stint as Senior Project Engineer at Venkateswara Constructions (2014-2019) in Medak, he specialized in box culverts and bridges for transportation networks. Skilled in AutoCAD, project management, and third-party vendor management, Nagendra drives Shipra’s success in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.
